We do not charge for inquiring about our services. However, the cost of the service needed depends on the type of work and parts required.

A repair makes sense when the fixture is in good shape and parts are available. If it’s old, keeps failing or parts are hard to find, replacing usually costs less over time. We’ll tell you which makes sense.

Shut off your main water valve right away, open a faucet to drain the pressure, and call us. It’s worth finding your main shut-off now, before you need it.

Keep the heat at 55°F or higher, open sink cabinets on outside walls during cold snaps, shut off and drain outdoor spigots in the fall, and insulate pipes in unheated areas.
